Expanding our local footprint, NewCruit is expanding our IT Staffing Division to downtown Boston and is in the process of investing further in our recruiting team. This being the cornerstone of our business, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who has a track record of success in developing meaningful connections with the industry’s elite talent.
In this role you will have the ability to play an exciting role in an emerging business unit.
What we are looking for:
BA or BS degree from a four-year institution
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT Staffing
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident & assertive personality
Competitive & goal-orientated
Passion for sourcing and maintaining relationships
Self-motivated individual committed to hard work
Morally & ethically sound
Track record of personal & professional success
Responsibilities:
The Technical Recruiter will be tasked with finding and qualifying highly skilled consultants within the IT space to fill open positions for our client base both in Greater Boston and nationally. Leveraging outbound phone calls and email to build relationships with our consultant network, our Technical Recruiter teams focus on the following:
Recruit top industry talent that can provide our customers innovative solutions
Source & screen your pipeline of candidates
Verifying managerial references
Schedule Client meetings
Cultivating relationships within your network of consultants
Generating referrals & prospecting for new business opportunities
